We use Fedex as our primary delivery company for this product. Our guarantee is to deliver the flowers to Fedex in time for their delivery schedule. Any failure by Fedex or other carriers to properly deliver these flowers will be their responsibility. We will try and assist the customer in providing documentation in filing claims with the carriers.

Clients must be aware that when using freight companies there are various factors that can effect delivery including flight delays, weather delays, customs and agriculture inspections and national crisis that halt or slow down the delivery process. We cannot be held responsible for these acts.

If an order is required to be there on a specific date and any delays are not acceptable then please consider using our nationwide network of local florists via SendFloral.com. Though this may be more expensive you are taking less risk for time sensitive orders.

Substitution Policy
In accordance to the many varieties of flowers available we make an acknowledgment of the following. We will try to fulfill the order to the best of it’s resources, to do this we strive ourselves in following simple guide lines. We guarantee it will make it on time and it will be as beautiful as can be. To fulfill our own guidelines we hold the right to exchange some products that may be out of season with ones that will make no change in the bouquet and perhaps enhance it’s beauty. Our highly professional florist will design the fresh bouquet with any changes it has incurred to keep the style and design pictured in the desired bouquets.
